Ji’s Dance”
- was a great success! This recent fundraising event was held to
benefit the ABLE Campaign, a project instigated by The National
Kidney Research Fund and to also raise funds for HAMMERSMITH HOSPITAL
KIDNEY PATIENTS ASSOCIATION (click
here for details on the Association). The main aim of the project
is to raise kidney health awareness amongst Britain’s South
Asian and African Caribbean communities – the most at-risk
group.

ABLE was launched by The National Kidney
Research Fund - a campaign which aims to raise awareness of kidney
disease within non-European ethnic groups, who are more susceptible
to kidney disease than people of European origin, with the ultimate
aim of reducing their risk of kidney failure and the need for dialysis
