How to make a donation to HHKPA
Donate online - this is quick and simple, and can be done by following the links for either of these two websites:

Alternatively, to make a one-off donation - simply send your gift, (cheque or postal order) to the treasurer
BUT............ if you are a UK taxpayer, your gift could be increased by up to 28% by the Inland Revenue - at no cost to you! Please see the Gift Aid section below.

Hey! are there any Kings or Queens of Ebay out there or any novices who have unwanted presents, items you no longer need or want and are looking for a place to dispose of them? How about going on Ebay and selling them and at the same time giving a percentage to the Hammersmith Hospital Kidney Patients' Association? Kill two birds with one stone - get rid of the item and give something to your favourite charity. Visit this page on Ebay for details of how to donate a percentage from your sale to the HHKPA.

Gift Aid - What is it?
In April 2000 the Government brought in new legislation regarding individual donations to charities allowing us to claim the tax back on any donations made by a UK taxpayer. Under this scheme, your gift can increase by nearly a third - at no extra cost to youself!

What you need to do now ...
Please download the Gift Aid Form, print it out, fill in the details, sign and send it with your donation to the Treasurer:

All we need is a single Gift Aid declaration from you. That single declaration form will cover any number of donations, of any size, at any time in the future - we just need to have the form on our file when we receive a gift from you, and we can reclaim the tax.

Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to 'HHKPA'. All donations will be acknowledged as soon as possible by post. For security reasons please do not send cash.

Remember that HHKPA is run by volunteers and ALL of your donation is used for the welfare of kidney patients and their families and carers.
